Every Monday Matters (EMM) believes that every student deserves to know how much and why they matter—to themselves, to the people around them, their community, and the world. We also believe our teachers and educators deserve to have the best resources available to help make that happen.

Over the past 10 years, our free resources have reached over 3 million students in all 50 states and 6 countries. Our lesson design integrates EMM’s Mattering Mindset™ framework with social and emotional learning competencies to engage youth, young people, families, schools, programs, and communities in meaningful activities that create experiences that matter.

FREE RESOURCES

EMM Education Program

Whether teaching during the school day, in an after school/out-of-school time setting, or using a remote learning platform, the EMM K-12 Curriculum provides you with activities, tools, and resources to get started in creating a space that matters.

EMM’S K-12 curriculum consists of themed modules that focus on concepts like resilience, kindness, compassion, acceptance and hope. 

Each module contains four weeks of lessons. Each week focuses on a strategy and has an activity for each of the Mattering Mindset™ perspectives of “I Matter,” “You Matter,” and “We Matter.” 

Within each module, there is also a Family Companion Activity PDF that creates a bridge between the classroom and home and guides families to thoughtfully talk about and do things that matter, too.
